By adding Nether (the "Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nether, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Bot.

2. Usage License

Nether is provided for your personal and server entertainment. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Bot's code or API for malicious purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the Bot for:

• Spamming commands or attempting to crash the Bot.
• Bypassing Minecraft server security or violating Mojang's EULA.
• Harassing other users through Bot features.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nether is provided "as is." The developers are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to data loss or server bans.
